Cliffe House is situated down by the seafront, in the picturesque harbour village of Kyleakin. We feel privileged to enjoy such beautiful views across Loch Alsh, to the Skye Bridge and the mountains of Applecross (mainland), Raasay and Skye itself.

We have 2 Double rooms and 1 Twin room, all ensuite with showers and enjoying spectacular views, out across the water.

The Breakfast room/Lounge is perfectly placed to enjoy this sweeping panorama, with a full length picture window providing incredible views in all directions!

While tucking in to your full Scottish breakfast you might be lucky enough to see Kyleakin’s local seals or otters, playing on or near the shoreline - a real treat! Indeed, dolphins are not unheard of!

In addition to the various hotel restaurants, there are plenty of excellent local restaurants, within either a short walk or car/bus journey. We always have a selection of menus to hand so you can pick a restaurant from the comfort of our Lounge and if you prefer we can even book the table for you!

A selection of tourist information is provided in the lounge, so your holiday can be as busy or as relaxed as you want it to be! Having lived in the local area all our lives, we are more than happy to help out whenever needed - just ask!

From Cliffe House you are well placed to tour the whole Skye & Lochalsh area, including Eilean Donan Castle, Plockton, the Glenelg & Applecross peninsulas (both in Lochalsh), Armadale Castle & the Sleat Peninsula, Dunvegan Castle, the Trotternish Peninsula (including Duntulm Castle ruins, the Old Man of Storr & the Quiraing), the Cuillin mountains and Elgol/Loch Coruisk, to mention just a few. A day trip to the Outer Isles of Harris & Lewis is also possible.

For the comfort of all our guests our B&B is No Smoking throughout.

We have ample off-road, gravel parking for all our guests.
